Any and all disputes regarding these terms shall be resolved in a professional and business-like manner, absent resolution, disputes shall be resolved by binding mediation, located in San Mateo County, California, with the parties agreeing to share the cost and choice of a third party mediator. The prevailing party shall be entitled to reimbursement of any and all costs and fees, including but not limited to attorney’s fees.
